| Activities for 12 to 18 years old | - French & Activities :
Guided visit of Saint-Malo "Intra Muros", beach games, sailing, discovery of the submarine world (aquarium), excursion to the well known Mont Saint-Michel and the medieval town of Dinan, boat trip to the elegant seaside resort Dinard and much more...
- Sports & French:
An attractive formula that combines French study with sailing practising in company of French teenagers! After the morning classes, the student practices sailing (catamaran) 5 afternoons per week in a professional and well-selected club in Saint Malo. Maximum security is guaranteed and equipment is provided.
Students also participate in a weekly excursion with the international group. | | | FRENCH COURSES | -15 morning classes a week with a maximum of 15 participants per course.
- Written tests are given on the first day to determine the appropiate level
- Classes are taught by native French teachers who specialise in teaching French as a Foreign Language.
- Students receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course. | | | Host families | - Our host families are carefully selected by a CEI local coordinator and are chosen after an interview and a home visit based on specific selection criteria
- No more than 2 students are placed with the same family, from different countries and different languages.
- Host families live 15 - 30 minutes maximum from the school.
- Students receive full board including packed lunches during the week. | | | Supervision & Safety | - The CEI local coordinator meets the student upon arrival in the community and maintains regular contact to assure that the stay, coursework and activities are going well.
- All our host community are in safe and quiet areas.
- Qualified French leaders accompany the students during their daily activity sessions & excursions. | | | NEW IN 2010! INTENSIVE FRENCH COURSES | Students who want to improve their level of French can attend extra French classes!
These extra classes, in addition to the morning classes, are held on 2 afternoons which makes a total of 20 lessons per week.
